Philosophy

The Leadership in Education Award was established to honor the unique and innovative educational endeavors of ASCP members and to recognize specific accomplishments and achievements in the area of education.

Description of Award

The recipient will be honored at ASCP’s Midyear Conference and Exhibition, receive a specially designed framed medallion, and be recognized on a perpetual plaque displayed at ASCP headquarters.

Nomination Process

To submit a nomination, please complete the Nomination Form (PDF) and provide the requested additional information. The deadline for receipt of nomination materials for the ASCP Leadership in Education Award is April 15.

Before starting to complete the Nomination Form (PDF) or writing and assembling the "Additional Documents Required," please thoroughly review the Policies and Guidelines for the award.

Three (3) copies (original plus two) of the completed Nomination Form (PDF), with all attachments, must be submitted. Each of the three copies must be collated in the following order: (1) Completed Nomination Form; and (2) Additional Documents Required (Exhibits), in alphabetical order.

The completed nomination materials must arrive at the ASCP headquarters no later than the deadline of April 15.
