How do I get a receipt for my membership dues?
Your cancelled check will serve as a receipt if you paid by check.  If you need a receipt please contact info@ascp.com and request a receipt.

How do I get my membership number?
Your ASCP membership card has your membership number printed on it.  All membership numbers begin with MR-.  If you can’t find your card, please contact info@ascp.com and request your membership number.

I forgot my password; how do I get it?
As long as you have your membership number you can create a new password at any time.  This will rewrite over your previous password.

What is my membership year?
Your ASCP membership goes into one of two due periods.  If you join ASCP from October-March your dues run from January-December.  If you join ASCP from April-September your dues run from July-June.

How do I sign up for the Senior Care Pharmacists referral directory?
Go to http://www.seniorcarepharmacist.com/ to sign up.

What is a Fellow of the ASCP?
A fellow of ASCP is a designation. Being a Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists signifies that you have achieved a balance of experience that goes well beyond regular pharmacy practice.

How do I become a Fellow?
Go to  http://web.ascp.com/members/fascp/ to access the application.

My spouse is also a pharmacist.  Is there a discount?
Yes, your spouse may sign up for membership at ½ price as long as you are a paid member in good standing.
