* This is an (8) hour workshop which starts on Friday afternoon, May 17, and ends on Saturday, May 18, at Noon. Registrants must attend both days. No partial credit will be given.

Registration Payment Options

  • ASCP accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa
  • Payment by check must be accompanied by the ASCP Registration Form (PDF) and mailed to the Experient address on the form. Please make checks payable to ASCP.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • All refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked no later than April 12, 2013.
  • A $25 administrative fee per registrant is charged on cancellations prior to March 25, 2013.
  • A $100 cancellation fee per registrant is charged between March 26 and April 12, 2013.
  • No cancellations will be refunded after April 12, 2013.
  • Introductory Special Rate: The Introductory Special Rate is non-refundable, but is transferable. All transfer requests must be made in writing and postmarked no later than April 12, 2013.
