1. ASCP 's List Servers are intended only for enrollees to communicate about practice-related issues. They are NOT intended for commercial purposes, recruiting, or private uses. DO NOT post any material regarding specific prices or fees charged or paid. DO NOT post any information concerning prices, discounts, or terms or conditions of sale either obtained by or offered to another entity. DO NOT post materials concerning market shares, salaries, sales territories, profit margins, or encouraging the selection or rejection of customers or suppliers. Confidential or sensitive information should NOT be posted on ASCP's List Servers.

ASCP reserves the right to monitor all messages and disenroll any participant that uses this communication site in an improper, inappropriate, or illegal manner. Posting improper, inappropriate, or illegal messages will result in the suspension of participation by the enrollee. ASCP reserves the right to disenroll any enrollee without notice. ASCP assumes no responsibility for the statements and opinions posted by individual enrollees. All messages become the property of ASCP, and users should not expect any messages posted on ASCP's List Servers to be private.

2. Do not use the list servers to send messages to individual persons or to reply to an individual person. For private communications, send or reply directly to the person involved. There is no need to inconvenience dozens or hundreds of other persons with irrelevant e-mail messages.

3. Copyrighted materials, including newspaper and journal articles, should not be posted on list servers unless the person posting the material has permission from the copyright holder to do so.

4. Please be sure to include your name on each e-mail message that you post to a list server. Some e-mail software programs make it difficult to identify the sender unless this information is included in the text of the e-mail.

5. If you set your e-mail software to generate an automatic response to e-mails that you receive while you are on vacation or out of the office, please set the software so that only one e-mail message is sent to each e-mail address. Otherwise, a situation can occur where your automatic response gets sent to the list servers, which goes out from the list servers and sends another message to your computer, which sends another reply, ad infinitum. In other words, a loop can be set up where all the list servers users get dozens of e-mails triggered by your software. As you might imagine, this can be very frustrating for everyone.

6. ASCP does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information posted on ASCP's List Servers. ASCP provides no warranty, express or implied, and all such warranties are hereby disclaimed with regard to information posted on this site, whether posted by ASCP or any third party. In no event shall ASCP be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any information posted on this site.

The information obtained by use of ASCP's List Servers is for reference use only, and does not constitute professional advice by ASCP. List servers are for the exchange of professional ideas among the participants, and postings are not confidential.

By posting material, the posting party warrants and represents that it owns the copyright with respect to such material or has received permission from the copyright owner.
