This Works For Me!
“This Works for Me!” is a roundtable session offered at Senior Care Pharmacy '06, ASCP's 37th Annual Meeting and Exhibition in Phoenix, Arizona. The session is designed to allow ASCP members the opportunity to share helpful tips, innovative ideas or strategies used successfully in their everyday practice setting that may not be widely known, taught or published.

If you have an idea or suggestion that works for you that you would like to share with your colleagues, please complete the application below.


Deadline for Submission:
August 28, 2006

Submission Instructions & Criteria
  • Applicant must be a member of ASCP.
  • Applicant must be the presenter.
  • Applicant must register for Senior Care Pharmacy '06, ASCP's 37th Annual Meeting and Exhibition. (ASCP does not provide any compensation for participating in this session).
  • Applicant must be available to participate in session.
  • Applicant must be willing to share a written document with attendees to be submitted to ASCP.
  • A submission will not be considered if the content is of a promotional nature.
  • Proposals will be accepted via online submission only.

Proposals for these topics should address the following questions:
  • Why was the tip or strategy implemented?
  • How is it used?
  • How will it benefit others in their workplace?

Proposal will be evaluated by ASCP Education Advisory Committee based on the following criteria:
  • The proposal is clear and concise.
  • The presentation is original and innovative.
  • Proposal addresses why the tip or strategy was implemented.
  • Proposal addresses how the tip or strategy will benefit other members in their workplace.
  • Tip or strategy has practical application for ASCP members.
  • The presentation can be described sufficiently in the time allotted. (20 minutes)
