2017 ASCP Annual Meeting Was Picture Perfect

The 2017 ASCP Annual Meeting and Exhibition provided the ideal venue for the ASCP Foundation to spend time with Society members, share their passion for the practice of senior care pharmacy, debut the new website, and raise awareness for their mission. To further the work of the Foundation, a “Headshot” fundraiser was held during exhibit hours. Approximately 100 attendees donated and participated in the activity. A big thank to you to everyone that helped make this a fun and successful event.

ASCP Foundation Approves Educational Grant to American Society of Consultant Pharmacists

The Foundation is pleased to support several major Society educational initiatives that will provide resources to senior care pharmacists to enable them to improve patient care and optimize outcomes. 2017 Herb Langsam Pharmacy Provider Services Award

The ASCP Foundation is pleased to announce that this year’s award goes to Blue Ridge Pharmacy and Sona Pharmacy + Clinic for their unique program “Access”. Bestowed annually, this award recognizes a pharmacy organization that is an exemplary provider of pharmacy services to residents and patients dwelling in the post-acute, long-term care, assisted living, or community settings.
