The Consultant Pharmacist® is the official monthly peer-reviewed journal of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP).  Circulation:  11,000.

The Consultant Pharmacist® is the only journal dedicated exclusively to the medication needs of the elderly in all settings -- nursing homes, assisted living, hospice, ambulatory care and in the community.  The journal publishes orginal research and clinical reviews on drug therapy that apply to the geriatric population.  It is indexed by the National Library of Medicine's MEDLINE.

The Consultant Pharmacist® is provided as a member benefit to ASCP’s dues-paying members.  In addition, copies are circulated to paying subscribers and to prospective members who have indicated a strong interest and involvement in consultant and senior care  pharmacy issues and practices.
