Registration Payment Options

  • ASCP online registration accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
  • Payment by check must be accompanied by the ASCP Registration Form (PDF) and mailed to the address on the form or faxed to 703-739-1321. Please make checks payable to ASCP. Do not mail original if you fax.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • All refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked no later than October 3, 2013.
  • A $25 administrative fee per registrant is charged on cancellations prior to September 26, 2013.
  • A $100 cancellation fee per registrant is charged between September 27 and October 3, 2013.
  • No cancellations will be refunded after October 3, 2013.
