The American Society of Consultant Pharmacists is pleased to recognize those who have distinguished themselves by their dedication to our profession and the people they serve. By their excellent example and good work, they have advanced patient care, furthered the good name and reputation for our profession, and contributed to the success of ASCP.
The Richard S. Berman Service Award is given annually to recognize the contributions made by a dedicated individual who fosters the goals of the Society. Established in 1979, this award is conferred annually to an ASCP Active Member for outstanding service and dedication to ASCP. Nominations are due to ASCP by April 30, 2014.
The George F. Archambault Award is conferred annually in recognition of outstanding contributions to consultant and senior care pharmacy. Established in 1972, this award is conferred annually to an individual, member or non-member, and is the Society's highest honor. Nominations are due to ASCP by April 30, 2014.
The Leadership in Education Award, presented annually, was established to honor the unique and innovative educational endeavors of ASCP members and to recognize specific accomplishments and achievements in the area of education. Nominations are due to ASCP by April 30, 2014.
The Armon Neel Senior Care Pharmacist Award is given annually to the senior care pharmacy practitioner who consistently exemplifies the Senior Care Pharmacist and contributes significantly to the goals of ASCP. The Senior Care Pharmacist Award recipient exemplifies the practice of pharmaceutical care to the senior population. Nominations are due to ASCP by April 30, 2014. The Armon Neel Senior Care Pharmacist Award is sponsored by ASCP.
The ASCP Hall of Fame Award was established in 1989 to formally recognize an ASCP Corporate Partner for distinguished service and significant contributions to senior care, long-term care, and consultant pharmacy practice. ASCP’s Executive Committee selects one Corporate Partner each year for its active participation in the Society, sponsorship of projects and programs, and overall commitment in support of the nation’s consultant and senior care pharmacists and the patients they serve.
