Effective Thursday, May 1, important changes are being made to the CPE Monitor Program:
Paper certificates will no longer be issued by ASCP for US Pharmacist CPE.
Participants will still be able to print their certificates; however, those certificates will not be valid to turn in for credit.
All participants who are licensed in the United States must have a CPE Monitor ID in order to obtain credit.
This ID number AND your date of birth (MMDD format, so for example May 1, 2014 would be entered as 0501) must be entered in to your ASCP Profile and both the ID number and the date of birth must match what is recorded in CPE Monitor.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Check both your CPE Monitor record (www.myCPEmonitor.net) and your ASCP Profile to (education.ascp.com) ensure that these numbers are correct on both websites.
Also check your ASCP Profile and update/complete as needed.
ASCP is not responsible for any errors in submission if your information is incomplete or inaccurate.
Additional Change to Established Limit for Obtaining Credits
Credit for programs attended live or by home study must be submitted by accredited providers within 60 days of completion of the CPE activity.
Credit submitted after this time will be rejected by the CPE Monitor.
If you have any questions about these changes, please contact ASCP Educational Affairs at email@example.com.
