Disclaimer: The vaccination allocation program is a Federal and State mediated process. The pharmacies listed below represent those that have contracted with the Federal government to acquire and deliver vaccines and vaccine services in some cases to the long term care industry (skilled nursing homes, assisted living and other congregate care environments). Each state jurisdiction has different rules and regulations regarding the distribution of COVID-19 vaccine.

This document from the Society of Post Acute and Long Term Care Medicine and ASCP outlines appropriate expectations for nursing centers and their pharmacies. It has been endorsed by the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and by Leading Age and communicated to their members.

Rules and regulations around access and distribution are managed by each individual jurisdiction (generally the states) and access from these participating pharmacies may be limited by those rules and by the supply of vaccine available.
