ASCP Advocacy Overview

Tough issues demand tough stands and no organization better represents the views of consultant and senior care pharmacists than ASCP. We are continually on the job, taking stock of the issues, formulating positions, articulating our members' views and advocating for their best interests.

  • Learn About the Issues
In this section, find out more about ASCP’s policy agenda and the impact of a variety of issues on consultant and senior care pharmacists, and the patients they serve. This section also contains an archive of public statements, policy statements, and information about our Paul G. Cano Policy & Advocacy Internship.
  • Online Action Center (Members-only content)
A “one-stop shop” for members to participate in ASCP’s policy initiatives to help staff advance the mission and vision of the profession. ASCP members seeking to write their Congressional representatives or subscribe to ASCP’s Grassroots Network can do so in this section.
  • Congress Page‚Äč
This page is a virtual “leave behind” packet for members of Congress and their staff. It provides legislators with an understanding of issues that matter most to ASCP’s members and the patients they serve.
